Windmill Quilt - Equilateral Triangle pattern
*Right click on the Windmill pattern shown below with your mouse to SAVE it on your computer; it is a jpg file. Do not print directly from the picture on my website: If you try to print from the screen on my website, one side of the triangle will not show. After you have saved the pattern to your computer, do a Print Preview to see that it is printing at 100%; "Keep Ratio" should be clicked on for printing. Print one sample and measure the three sides of the triangle. Each side of this pattern should measure 8-3/4" when it is printed.
*To cut your strips the correct width, lay a ruler on one side of the center triangle and measure the widest part of the adjoining piece. It should measure just over 3/4". Cut your strips 3/4" + 1/2" for seam allowances + 1/8" for fudge factor = 1 3/8" wide strips.
